When you turn the key to run all the warning lights should come on, at least for a second. It's a self check thing.

Rsquared is right. Your CEL should come on when you turn your key on.

Glad you found all that stuff but, your filter is under the back seat. Check the pressure of your spare. Nothing worse than getting a flat...and grabbing a flat.

so for the filter i basically have to remove the left back seat to look at the filter. 2morrow morning i'ma go 2 autozone & do the code check because now i do think that the CEL light bulb went out & this car has low mileage (115k) also found a small oil leak ..i could see the oil light pop up 4 a second whenever i made a turn ..hope its nothing serious |

Your filter will be under the seat. This picture isn't the best but it should help with the latches. Or check your manual, because I didn't think the seat was two parts. The back rest is split but not the seat.
Your blinking oil light could be several things. Have you checked the oil level recently? Let us know tomorrow what the codes are. And the leaky rocker cover...is a fairly easy job.
