Oh, I couldn't really see that clearly in the pictures. Interesting idea though, I don't think I've seen that done with the dual bolt pattern wheels before.

Good work!

Noticed the blue boltheads, although was going to say they look very similar to the ones Hyundai put on the limited edition F2 Coupe over here.

Are you into your rallying then? Hyundai did go into WRC with the Accent, but we never saw a 2.0 turbo, 4wd 300bhp road version. All their competitors did (although not sure if Ford or Skoda ever put their rally specials into the US)

WRC is a fourth class sport here. No TV air time. I have to get speed to watch F1. NASCAR is the big dog, then NHRA. Drag racing rocks.

We used to get Nascar highlights here, but thats gone, along with IRL highlights.
I though rallying was taking off over there, especially with Ken Block now doing WRC.
It did make European people laugh though when it was revealed most Americans thought Colin McRea was a fictional computer game character, when he was possibly the quickest driver ever. His only weakness was he didn't know when to back off, very often writing the car off because he was driving 110% despite having a huge lead.

Anyways heres some pics for you, Colins younger brother Alister McRea drove for Hyundai in both F2 (Tiburon Coupe) and WRC (Accent).

Rally rules state that any bodyparts used must be available for roadcars, and the engines based on road engines, however no-one knows where those Accent parts are, and we have someone from MSD (who ran Hyundais rally programme) on the UK site, and even he don't know.

Ken Block and Travis Pastrana have made it more popular here, it's just not on regular TV. The Speed channel is the only place to find F1, WRC, LeMons, and the unique races like, the Baja 1000, Pikes Peak, Paris-Dakar, etc.

I didn't realize americans didn't know who Colin was. I know he had at least a couple more championships left in him. He was one hell of a driver.

I like them. I have about 10,000 miles on them so far and everything looks good. They are unidirectional, so I had to pay attention while I was mounting them. lol. The price wasn't bad either, I only paid $40 each.

I had a guy tell me...nice Sonata. All I could say was, thanks. lmfao.
I've had numerous people tell me it looks like a Subaru WRX, but this is the first Sonata comment. He didn't look "high", so I'm thinking he was just ignorant/maybe slow? lol.
