I took my car in today for its 7500 mile service on my 2010 Genesis Couple 3.8 Grand Touring. While I'm here, they are also doing two recall services. The codes are 10HYZ13 and 45HYZ13.

In my own google searching, the first code only came up in a thread for the Genesis Sedan with the 4.6 and was an ECM update. My invoice lists is as "Driveability Recall" as part of the DC1 Campaign.

The second code didn't come up at all and is listed on the form as Steer/Susp recall. Neither one seemed to give me 100% certainty that it tied to any of the recalls listed here. I looked through both the service bulletins and the safety recalls and also didn't see a clear match.

First and foremost, I hope they're not doing Genesis Sedan updates on my car. :) I'll try to find out more detail around what they did do and update this thread.

I'm not sure what recall they would be doing. This Chart (http://myhyundaiforums.com/showthread.php?t=307) is up to date with all the current recalls on that model. You might check back with them again an see what the campaign number it was.

The codes are 10HYZ13 and 45HYZ13.

Likely system menu codes by service dept.. we use Reynolds, and particular areas like maintanance, recall, electric, engine, fuel, all have menu codes when written up

Common for Genesis is PCM upgrade, and ACU upgrade, Genesis is few around here, but if I get 1, it gets fully updated when I have them.. we have had 2 recently with odd drive concerns, both got the TPS replacement with new style part and PCM upgrade..

Re-read your invoice for job 1, concern, cause, repair, same for job 2..

I have a piles of RO copies on plain white that the kids draw on back (saves printer paper)..
