Can't seem to remove stoppers. do they slide back and out, or do they pop out.
2008 Elantra GLS (Canadian model). It seem that I am using a lot of force and I don't want to.
Cheers

Welcome Kayman!! :welcome:
They do move out! I took a couple photos for you maybe this will help!
You dont have to remove them in order to move glove box out, but its easyer to put glove box back with them out! The box is very flexable too! It may seem your going to break the box but you wont! Also be sure to remove the shock on the right side of the box as well! I hope this helps you! any other help just let us know!!
If needed I can try make you a video!

Well I got the stops out, but it wasn't pretty. It took a lot of prying :mmph:and I ended up with a lot of scratch marks on both the glove box and the inner part of the dash where the bump stops are.
the filter is very dirty for 10 months (20,000kms). Can only get one from the dealership at $43 Cdn. No other supplier carries them here.
I'm leaving the stops out until I pick up a filter. Way to hard to put them back, why, I don't know. Your pictures looked liked they just popped out with ease.
Thanks for the pics :)
cheers
