I have jumped through every hoop and done everything they have required to replace my 2011 Sonata Turbo. The car had problems and has a service record to show it from day one. Now I get hit with a 1500 use fee (sucks) Then at the ruling they are allowed 45 days to produce a replacment, Well dont hear anything from hyundai for 44 days then they say that they will have to build me one and its going to be another 5 weeks. (sucks more) Well 73 days after the arbitration ruling It arrives - no spoiler and not painted completely, missing spots in truck lid, front valance / air dam (sucks somewhat more) Now its going to be another 4-5 weeks for paperwork before I can even think about driving the new one (super sucking at this point)
I start to complain about the time it took, asked for a little compassion and have then absorb the 1500 use fee... what do you think happened.... yep not a bit of help here.. Purchaseing this thing was the worse decision I have ever made... Wouldnt do it again if I could reback time...
