Climate Control Malfunction

I have a 2011 Sonata SE Auto with Nav (not turbo). Earlier this week, I filled up the gas tank, reset the trip computer and drove away. About a mile down the road, I noticed that the A/C was not working. Tried to push the buttons to turn it back on and found out that all the buttons on the climate control did not work, except the rear defrost, but the knobs work fine. And whenever I push on the little dude, it would not change to any other setting. When I stopped and turned the car off and back on, it went back to normal.

Have not had the chance to see if it happens again. I'll be getting gas again sometime this weekend.

Partially, I can chalk this up to a glitch maybe, but is it an indication of some bigger computer problems yet to come? Has anyone else seen this problem? I didn't notice any threads mentioning it.

I haven't heard of that issue on the 2011 Sonata before. I don't know why it would have anything to do with you filling up the gas tank. Probably just a coincidence.

If it happens again have the dealer check it out.
